Alarma doesn't have accounts or a sign-in — there's no profile tied to you beyond what's described below.
If you set up a selfie mission, the alarm screen sends your photo over HTTPS to this server, which forwards it to OpenAI for a single verification check (does the photo match the pose you picked). The server does not save the photo to disk or a database — it holds the image in memory for the length of that one request and logs only the outcome (match or no match), never the image itself. OpenAI processes the image under its own API data-use terms and does not use API inputs to train its models.
Alarma uses PostHog to understand product usage — things like which features get used and where the app crashes in the flow. This is aggregate usage data, not sold to anyone.
Alarma uses Sentry to capture crash and error diagnostics so bugs can get fixed. Crash reports can include device information and a stack trace at the moment of the crash.
No account creation, no advertising, no third-party tracking, and nothing here is used to build a profile of you across other apps or websites.
